What is Data Management?
Data Management is the source of truth for your all files; these are the original files that have been uploaded and cannot be altered. Files stored here can be copied and manipulated in multiple Projects whilst maintaining untouched in Data Management.

How to upload files
- Navigate to your desired save location or create a new folder.
- Click the Upload button on the top right.
- The upload pop-up will open. Simply drag and drop all the files you want to upload in one go, otherwise browse your computer to select individual files.
- Wait for the status to change from preparing to upload ︎︎︎ ready to upload. This may take a few more seconds if your file sizes are large.
- Optionally, you can choose to add these files into a Project folder at the same time by selecting it in the dropdown.
- Click on Upload files to complete the process.
- Once this is done you can close the pop-up and your files will be uploaded shortly.

How to recursively search within folders
Select between searching within the current folder or in all its subfolders.
How to share files
All individual files have Share Links that can be copied by clicking on the ︎ icon and selecting ‘Copy share link.’ Once copied, the link is ready to be shared with anyone and will directly download the file when entered/opened in a browser.
